The Council of Educational Facility Planners
International (CEFPI) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will jointly
host a webinar that will describe how the award-winning Blue Valley School
District in Overland Park, Kan. proactively manages indoor air quality (IAQ)
through facility design, construction and ongoing maintenance and operations,
which has resulted in improved student achievement. The webinar will also
provide guidance on how EPA’s Framework for Effective School IAQ Management can help schools develop and sustain
a comprehensive IAQ management program with simple, low-cost actions.
