Michael Pavelsky,
Director of Sustainability at The Sheward Partnership will speak briefly about
other Federal and State level funding opportunities for school energy
efficiency projects. He will cover Act 179D of the Energy Policy Act of 2005
and Pennsylvania's new funding for the High Performance Buildings and
Alternative Clean Energy programs.
