Only one week to go until the deadline for nominations for the Friends of IPM Award! This will be the fifth year of the award, and we’ve had 19 winners in the past four years. The highlight of the award (and the true award) is a public recognition service in front of the winner’s peers. Winners get to choose the venue for their award service. People who have received the award have told us that they really appreciated the recognition.
Nomination forms are located at http://www.sripmc.org/friendsofipm/. Only a 2-page nomination is required (with the form), and we announce the winners in December. You can e-mail me the completed form and the 2-page nomination at rhallberg@sripmc.org.
Geographically, the Southern Region IPM Center covers the following states and territories: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, the U. S. Virgin Islands and Virginia
